RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AMANA HOME, your satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at mans.youssef.09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Return Shipping AMANA HOME covers all return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
